 We, Orient Baby Shoes Industries Co., Ltd., are specialized in manufacturing and export of baby shoes. Our factory is located in Guangdong province, south China, the manufacturing base of baby shoes industry.
We completely understand how important the quality of baby stuffs should be. Therefore we pay full attention to quality control during the manufacturing process. For example, we adopt tiny-metal-detecting system in the final step of the production of each baby shoe, in case any tiny metal (like broken knitting needle) would do harm to baby’s feet. With nearly a decade’s effort, featuring in strict quality control, our factory became the leader in the baby shoes manufacturing industry in south China. From time to time we are asked for advisory instruction on quality control by our consortium factories. We even are requested by other clients to stand security for our consortium factories on their quality control when they do business with these factories.
Currently, we mainly work on OEM/ODM orders. We manufacture for big players in the market like Disney, Wal-Mart, etc. Our products also penetrate in some of the top chain-stores in Europe. With rapid development in business, our new plant of more than 60,000 square meters in scale is under construction, and will be available for industrial run in early 2007.
